Wayne Wilson

Mr. Jackie Wayne Wilson, age 67 of Hartwell, Ga., passed peacefully on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at St. Mary's Hospital in Athens.

He was born on December 22, 1954, in Anderson, SC., to the late Troy Wilson and Frances Seawright Wilson.

Mr. Wilson worked in construction and was of the Baptist Faith.

He is survived by his daughter; Wendy Wilson Dowell (Jamy) of Hartwell, GA., grandchildren; Kimberly (Kenny) Sayer, Keeley and Troy Pickard,  Lindsey, Brady, and Colby Dowell, siblings; Sandra (Jimmy) Risner, Jimmy (Diane) Wilson, and, sister in law; Wanda Wilson, all of Hartwell, GA.  He is preceded in death by his parents, siblings; Robby Wilson, Karen Little, Ricky Wilson, and Ronnie Seawright.

Memorial services for Mr. Wilson will be held on Sunday, June 5, 2022, at 3pm in the Chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
