Walter "Terry" Strickland

Walter "Terry" Strickland, age 58, of Canon, GA passed away suddenly on Thursday, July 10, 2025. Born October 14, 1966 in Fort Myers, FL., he was the son of the late Walter and Mary Sue (Peeples) Strickland. Terry was avid lover of the outdoors and particularly liked fishing. He was a family man and loved his children and grandchildren dearly. 

In addition to his parents Terry is preceded in death by his sister Susie Marie Strickland, and his grandparents Doyle and Daisy Peeples, Ben and Ruby Strickland. 

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Jennifer Strickland, children; Summer Matthews, Garret Strickland, Corey Strickland (Katlyn), Brittany Palmer, and Brandy Stanley. Grandchildren; Jhase, Jacklyn, Makayla, Jake, Zechariah, Isabella, Trey, Eli, and Grayson. Aunts and Uncles; Emma Dowell, Harvey Peeples, Darlene Stoyle, Betty Crocker, Bonnie Boyd.
