Mrs. Vivian (Smith) Toney age 80 of Hartwell, GA passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2026 at Hartwell Health and Rehab.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at Nancy Hart Memorial Park. Vivian will be laid to rest following the service in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park Cemetery.
Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors of 333 E. Johnson Street, Hartwell, GA 30643
