Vernon Cooke

Mr. Vernon T. Cooke, age 77 of Norman Road in Hartwell, passed away on Wednesday, October 17, 2023 at Piedmont Athens Regional.

He was born on January 30, 1946 in Hartford, CT to the late Vernon C. Cooke and Katherine Camlin Cooke. He was retired from engineering and loved to swim, hike and watch Youtube. He attended Abundant Life Baptist Church.

Left to cherish his memories are; siblings, Barbara Ewing Cooke, and William Camlin Cooke, cousins, Sara Caless, Ray Cooke and James Cooke. He was preceded in death by his parents.

To honor his request, he was cremated and will be buried in Glastonbury, CT

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
