Tony Outz

Mr. Tony "Scott" Outz, age 52 of Royston, GA passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2025. Born on July 21, 1973 in Elberton, GA he was the son of the late Tony Outz, and Sandra (Hughes) Phillips. Scott was a contractor in the construction industry. Scott loved fishing, hunting, and his dog Max. Scott had an affinity for anything involving the river.

In addition to his father Scott is proceeded in death by his his paternal and maternal grandparents; Harold and Clara Hughes, as well as Monroe (Estell) Outz. Stepfather Jimmy Phillips and granddaughter Adaline Rose Farmer.

Along with his mother Sandra (Hughes) Phillips memory will be cherished by his children; Tonya Phillips, Blake Bennett, and Brandon Farmer (Ashley). Sister Cindy Sosebee and Lynn Nylander. Grandchildren Kaden Phillips and Anniston Farmer. Nephews Ryan Smith (Alisha), Taylor Smith (Amber), Alex White (Madison) Cody Sosebee, and nieces Brittany Smith (Austin), and Jordyn Sosebee. Five great-nephews, and two great nieces, as well as a host of aunts and uncles.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 1, 2025 from 1:00-2:30 PM at Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. A funeral service will be held at 2:30PM from the Chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. Scott will be will be laid to rest at Nancy Hart Memorial Park following the service.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made directly to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors or at any Pinnacle Bank Location to the " Scott Outz Memorial Fund".

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors of 333 E. Johnson St.
