Tony Kay Osborne, age 81, of Hartwell, Georgia, went home to be with our Lord on December 23, 2025. Born on December 8, 1944, Tony was the son of the late Joe E. and Audrey (Reed) Osborne.

Tony proudly served his country in the United States Army, as well as the Army National Guard and spent over forty years working in the shipping department at Monroe-Tenneco. He was a man of strong work ethic instilled in his youth and found sincere joy in the simple pleasures of life such as farming, tending to his garden, and caring for his pets. Tony had a special fondness for the North Georgia Mountains, especially the Dillard House, where he vacationed yearly with his daughter, Leigh Anne.

Tony was also a faithful member of Reed Creek Baptist Church where he cherished his Sunday School Class and demonstrated a firm foundation of faith. His family and faith were the core of his being and the love he had for his daughter Leigh Anne was the most genuine.

In addition to his parents, Tony was preceded in death by his sisters, JoAnn Sanders and Sue Bray. Tony leaves behind his loving daughter, Leigh Anne Myers (Nathan), as well as his siblings; Claudette Crawford, NS Osborne (Phyllis), Mickey LeCroy, and Betty Tise. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family who loved him dearly.

The family wishes to receive friends on Monday, December 29, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm at Reed Creek Baptist Church. A service to honor Tony’s life will follow at 1:30 pm and he will be laid to rest at Reed Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

Services has been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors and Crematory, 333 E. Johnson Street, Hartwell, Georgia.
