Tommy Lee Jacobs

Mr. Tommy Lee Jacobs, age 72 of Providence Church Road, Lavonia, Ga., widower of Charlotte Elaine Jacobs, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family.

Born on October 8, 1948, Mr. Jacobs was the son of the late Otis Jacobs and Lucile Coley Jacobs. His primary occupation was in the communications industry working as a computer technologist. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lavonia. He served in the National Guard for several years and was a former member of the Lions Club.

He is survived by his daughter, Charlotte Trotter and her husband Chris of Lavonia, Ga; brother, Jerry Jacobs and his wife Cecilia of Acworth, Ga.; and grand children, Dylan and Abby Trotter of Lavonia. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and brothers, Donald and Joel Jacobs.

Mr. Jacobs chose cremation and there are no services planned at this time.

The family has entrusted Coile and Hall Funeral Directors and Cremations, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell to arrange his service.
