Todd Carrell

Todd J. Carrell, 55, of North Port, FL, passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2022.  Todd leaves behind his wife, Ellen (Murray) Carrell, his daughter, Hunter Lee Carrell, his step-daughter, Keeley Kenyon, his step-son, David Murray, his father and step-mother, Harry and Nancy (Barter) Carrell, his mother and step-father, Wanda (Howell) and Robert Nadeau, two brothers, Gregg Carrell and Heath Nadeau, two grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends.

Todd was born in Independence, MO on May 11, 1967.  He grew up in Hampton Beach, NH.  For the last 15 years, Todd resided in North Port, Florida.  He received a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI in 1989.   Todd’s career was largely in food service and began at U.S. Foods in 1993 where he worked for 17 years.  In 2011, he joined Food Innovations in Bonita Springs, FL and worked there for almost 12 years.  Todd loved and spent every second he could flying, traveling, playing hockey, running, golfing, cooking and reading.  

Todd was a loving husband, a proud father, and a wonderful friend. His absence will be felt in the lives of many. 

The family has chosen cremation and a Celebration of Life will be announced.
