Tiffany Annette Winburn

Mrs. Tiffany Winburn, age 41 of Hartwell, GA. passed away on Friday morning, August 15, 2025 at Elbert Memorial Hospital in Elberton, GA. She attended Sanctuary of Pentecost Church. She was born on August 13, 1983 in Atlanta, GA. She was a Homemaker, and a member of the Pilot Club of Hartwell. She enjoyed photography, gardening, traveling and spending time with family. She also volunteered at the Humane Society.

She was preceded in death by her father Gary Cater.

She is survived by her loving husband Randall Winburn, and mother Toni Blanton. Her children Brenden Winburn (Martin), Viktor Tyner (Hartwell), Houston Winburn (Hartwell) and sister Stephanie Pruett.

Her wishes were to be cremated. A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Services have been entursed to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors and Crematory, 333 E. Johnson Street, Hartwell, GA.
