Terry Lee Norton

Mr. Terry Lee Norton, age 75 of  Bowman, Ga, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family on Sunday, January 14, 2024. He was the son of the late Hoke Smith Norton and Frances Louise Findley Norton. He was the spouse of Angela Garner Norton.  He was a member of Vanna Methodist Church and enjoyed collecting antiques, woodworking,  working outdoors and enjoyed time with his family.  He is retired from Royston, LLC after 50 years of service.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his son Clint Norton, and brother Jimmy Norton.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife Angela Norton of Bowman Ga, his children, Lee Ann Carey (Brian), Chris Ayers, Jennifer Haley (Ryan), Beverly Smith (Derek), and Matt Norton (Stephanie) and Charles Norton. His siblings, Toni Moon (Charlie) and Harold Norton, 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Coile and Hall Funeral Directors in Hartwell with Reverends Mike Petty and Chris Pritchett officiating.Burial will be at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Bowman.

 Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. The family will be at the home.

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell, Ga.
