Mrs. Sue Walters Walls, age 81 of Hartwell, Ga., passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, March 27, 2024
She was born October 28, 1942 in Lavonia, Ga., to the late George F. Walters and Fannie Carnes Walters. Sue retired from BASF after years of service and was a member of Providence Church. She enjoyed spending time in her garden and flowers, shopping and spending time her family.
Left to cherish her memories are; her daughter, Tina (Mark) O'Tuel of Hartwell, Ga., along with four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, J.P. Walls, daughter, Susan Harris and sister, Joyce Walters.
A funeral service celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Two o'clock in the chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors with Mr. Johnny White and Mr. Tom Hollingshead officiating. She will be laid to rest at the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.
The body is at the funeral home and the family will greet friends on Saturday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Flowers are optional and memorial donations can be made to Providence Church, 2395 Providence Church Rd Lavonia GA 30553.
Family members will be at the home of Tina and Mark O'Tuel, 924 B. Bailey Road in Hartwell.
Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
