Mrs. Sue Ann Bryant Blaylock, age 87 of Hartwell, Ga., passed away peacefully at home on Monday, May 11, 2026 surrounded by her loved ones.

She was born on January 11, 1939 in Royston, Ga., to the late Lowe J. Bryant and Odie Lee Parham Bryant. Sue was a divisional buyer for Belk and she loved gardening, arts and sewing. She attended church at The Refuge in Lula Georgia.

Left to cherish her memory are; her son, Allen Blaylock of Savannah, daughters, Robin Craft of Hartwell, Barbara Smith of Greenville, brothers, Larry Bryant of Charleston and Roger Bryant of Anderson. Four grandchildren, LeAnna Gordy, Katie Blaylock, Chandler Smith and Zach Blaylock along with great-grandchildren, Katlyn Howell, Taylor Howell and Brayden Walker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lowe J. Bryant and Odie Lee Parham Bryant, her husband Gene Allen Blaylock, brother, Milton Bryant and his wife Bobbie Bryant.

A service honoring the life of Sue Ann Blaylock will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 12 noon in the chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors and Crematory A private burial will be at M.J. "Dolly" Cooper Veterans Cemetery at a later date.

The family will greet friends on Friday, May 15, 2026 from 11-12 just prior to the service.

Family members will be at their respective homes.

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors and Crematory, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
