Stephanie Renee Swaney (Bowen)

Mrs. Stephanie Renee Bowen Swaney, age 44 of Pulliam Mill Road in Bowman went to be with the Lord on Feb. 27, 2019 at St. Mary’s Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

She was born May 15, 1974 in Anderson, S.C. and was owner of Swaney Appraisal Service where she was a Certified General Appraiser. Stephanie had a great love for her God, family, friends, her work and music.

She is survived by: her parents, Roger and Nancy Thompson Bowen of Royston, Ga., husband, Jason Swaney, children, Austin D. Swaney and Georgia Cash of Hartwell, Ga., Ashley Swaney and fiancé’ Lucas Guest of Bowman, Ga., siblings, Sherry Bowen King and Harry , and Stacie Bowen Alexander and Shane , all of Royston, Ga., grandmother, Helen Thompson and grandchildren, Olivia Swaney, Daniel and Sophia Cash and father in law, Steven Swaney.. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, James and Mary Jo Bowen and Charles Thompson.

Services celebrating Stephanie’s life will be held on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Four o’clock from Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Bowman. Dr. Chris Pritchett will officiate. The family will greet friends on Saturday, March 2, 2019 from 5-7 p.m. at Coile and Hall Funeral Directors and Cremation Services, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell. The family will be at the home of Roger and Nancy Bowen, 3676 Goldmine Holly Springs Road, Royston, GA.
