Shirley Snyder

Mrs. Shirley Davies Snyder, age 97 of Zion CME Church Road, Hartwell, Ga., passed away peacefully on Friday, July 21, 2023 at Brown Health and Rehab.

She was born on October 1, 1925 in Chicago, IL to the late Ed Davies and Alma Linderman Davies. She was a a retired seamstress and attended Hartwell First United Methodist Church. Shirley enjoyed Art, Painting, jigsaw puzzles and sewing.

Left to cherish her memories are three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Warren Snyder, children, Edwin, Paul and Jeri Snyder, siblings, Edith, Edward, Preston, Dorothy, Bernice, and Ray.

Visitation Friday, July 28th at Donnellan Funeral Home 10525 S. Western Ave. from 10:00 A.M. until time of chapel service 12:00 Noon. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. For info (773) 238-0075
