Ms. Sandra Anita Phillips, age 67 of Bowersville, Ga., passed away peacefully on Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026 at home.

Born on November 22, 1958 in Atlanta, Ga., to the late Hugh Dorsey Bowen and Bessie Chandler Bullock Bowen. She was a CPA Assistant, and she enjoyed old movies, board games, reading and spending time with family. Sandra was a Christian. 

Left to cherish her memory are; her children, Daniel (Lauren) Phillips of Hamilton, Ga., and Raechal (Brad) Agnew of Bowersville, Ga., siblings, Hugh Dorsey Bowen, Jr., and Deborah Denise Boone and eight grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Bennie Donald Bowen and Stephen Thomas Bowen and sister, Elizabeth Ellen Davies.

To honor Sandra's request, she will be cremated and no formal services will be held at this time.
