Mr. Roy "Adam" Gentry, age 45, of Lavonia, Georgia, passed away on Friday, September 18, 2026, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Georgia.

Born on June 30, 1981, in Royston, Georgia, he was the son of Tammy (White) Gentry and the late Robbie Gentry.

Adam was a loving father, and cherished family member who found his greatest joy in spending time with those he loved. He enjoyed fishing, attending Jeep Fests, and making lasting memories with his children. Roy worked as a lift driver in the manufacturing industry and will be remembered for his love of family and the special moments he shared with those closest to him.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Nicole Gentry; his daughters, Madison Gentry and Maggie Gentry; his mother, Tammy White Gentry; his sisters, Amanda Parker (Charley) and Amy Gentry; along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.

A Celebration of life will be held at a later time and date.
