Ronald Glenn Martorell

Mr. Glenn Martorell, age 69, of Bowersville, GA. passed away on June 29, 2022, at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

He was born on October 19, 1952, to the late Jerry Martorell Sr. and Hilda Hendricks Martorell in San Juan Puerto Rico.

Mr. Martorell was of the Catholic Faith. He worked in manufacturing and was a self employed woodworker creating furniture and knives. He enjoyed hunting, working in his wild flower garden and spending time with his family and grandkids.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years; Gay Martorell, children; Wendi Hinson (Denny Seymour), and Kelli (Russell) Davis, grandkids; Alison, Drake, and Cora , and sister; Rose Ann Arnold. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother; Jerry Martorell Jr.

Glenn's wishes were to be cremated and no formal services will be held. The family is at the home and friends are welcome to stop by and visit in Celebration of Glenn's life.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the American Brain Tumor Association at 8550 W. Bryn Mawr Ave. STE 550, Chicago, IL. 60631 or John Hopkins Brain Tumor Center at 550 N. Broadway STE 731, Baltimore, MD. 21205.
