Rhiana Ramey

Ms. Rhiana June Ramey, age 16 of Elberton, GA. Passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2024. Born September 25, 2007, she was the daughter of Edwin Arroyo, and the late Breanna D. Parham. Ms. Ramey was a sophomore at Elbert County Comprehensive High School. 

Ms. Ramey is survived by her father Shelby Phillips, stepfather Jared Parham, grandparents Lori and Kenny Morrison. Siblings; Izick Phillips, Jayce Parham, Camden Parham, Oaklee Parham, Marissa and Jalynn Parham. In addition to her family left to cherish her memory is her boyfriend Zach Fraser. 

Funeral services will be Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Two o'clock from Bowman Baptist Church. Rev. Caleb Bond and Mr. Tanner McGregor will officiate. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Bowman.

The family will receive friends from 12-2 at Bowman Baptist Church on Saturday just prior to the service.
