Evg. Floyd T. Jenkins

Evangelist Floyd Thomas Jenkins, age 94, of Lavonia went to be with the Lord on May 22, 2023 at St. Mary's Hospital.

He was born Sept. 5, 1928, in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, to the late George and Myrtle Fenwick Jenkins. He was an Evangelist and member of Price Chapel Church of God.

Those left to carry on his memory are his children, Sharrie Jordan, Terry Jenkins, Charles Jenkins, Linda Sams, Bonnie Hathcott, Pattie Koons and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Beulah Jenkins and children, Eddie Jenkins, Debbie Tipton, Peggy Tipton and Jack Tipton.

Services for Evangelist Jenkins will be held on Friday, May 26, 2023 at Two o'clock from Price Chapel Church of God with Pastor Tony Franks, Pastor Jonathan McKinney and Pastor Johnny Stowe officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the church. He will be laid to rest at Franklin Memorial Gardens-North in Lavonia.

Family members will be at their respective homes.

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
