Mrs. Rebecca "Lynne" Young, age 68 of Chatsworth, GA, formerlly of Hartwell, GA passed away on Friday, May 29, 2026 at her home. Born September 17, 1957 she was the daughte rof the late Collie Davis Holbrook and Edna Mae (Ginn) Holbrook. She held a Master's Degree, and retired as a Educator after years of inspiring young minds, finishing he career at Eastsie Elementary School. 

Lynne is survived by her husband Michael Young of Chastworth, GA. Sisters Beth Dove (Curt) of Bowman, GA. Marcia Dutton (Ronald) of Hartwell, GA. and Pam Vaughn of Laurens, SC. 

In accordance with her wishes a cremation will take place and there are no formal services scheduled at this time. 

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors and Crematory of 333 E. Johnson Street, Hartwell, GA 30643.
