Ramon Lara

Mr. Ramon Luis Lara, age 63 of Sterling Drive in Hartwell, Ga., passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2024 at home.

He was a native of Caguas, Puerto Rico and was born on June 10, 1961. He enjoyed music, football and was a hard worker. He was one of Jehovah's Witnesses and served as an elder.

Left to cherish his memories are; his wife, Cielo Rosado Lara, children, Raymond Lara, Steven Lara, Zara Melendez, Lauren Cruz, Josiah Lara and Micah Lara, a number of siblings. Eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren survive.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Pedro Silvestre Lara and Angela Diaz Lara. 

A memorial honoring Ramon's life will be held at Kingdom Hall in Hartwell at a date and time to be announced..

Family members are at the home.

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
