Mr. Phillip Harry Burroughs, age 67 of Hartwell, Ga. passed away at home on November 14, 2024.
He was born on September 14, 1957 in Athens, Ga. to the late Harry A. Burroughs and Hazel L. Whitehead Burroughs.
He was in sales in the hardware industry.
Left to cherish his memories are: his wife of 44 years Monica Roland Burroughs, sons Joseph Ryan Burroughs (Kimmie) West Palm Beach, Christian R. Burroughs, Carter A. Burroughs, and MJ Burroughs of Hartwell, Grandchildren Hannah Burroughs, Emma Burroughs, sisters Phyllis Gordon (Harry), and Debbie Crowe.
He was preceded on death by his parents, son Phillip Burroughs Jr. and a brother Danny Burroughs.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
