SULLIVAN – Patricia (Humphrey) Sullivan, age 68, of Hartwell, GA, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 7, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on November 20, 1956, in Waterbury, CT, Pat lived in Connecticut for 30 years before embracing the warmth of Georgia. Throughout her life, she was cherished as a devoted wife, mother, sister, cousin, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, daughter, friend, and most treasured as "MiMi." Her heart overflowed with love for her grandchildren and great grandbabies, who kept her spirit vibrant.
Pat’s passion for cooking and her dedication to service shone through her volunteer work at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, where she led the kitchen and organized beloved events such as Breakfast with Santa and the St. Patrick’s Day Dinner. She found joy in watching Hallmark movies, baking, and creating cherished memories with her family.
Despite the challenges following a head-on collision in 2017, and a subsequent diagnosis that evolved into Alzheimer’s coupled with essential tremors, Pat faced every hurdle with grace, courage, and resilience. She never allowed these conditions to define her; instead, she embodied strength, unwavering love, and dedication. Her legacy lives on in the countless memories and lessons she imparted to those she loved.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Arline (Charbonneau) Humphrey. She is survived by her beloved husband, Jeremiah M.
