Otis Henry Rowland

Mr. Otis Henry Rowland, age 85 of Canon, Ga., passed away peacefully on May 1, 2026 at home.

He was born on June 26, 1940 in Hartwell, Ga., and retired from construction as a heavy equipment operator in Florida. He loved to build miniature house sets and was a member of Flat Shoals Baptist Church.

Left to cherish his memory are; his wife, Sharon Dunn Rowland, children, Kim Eskew, Sherry Carter, Kevin Rowland and Jennifer Blakely along with a number of grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Jerry, Joe and Doris.

The family will host a memorial service at a later date at the local VFW to honor his request.

Family members will be at the home.
