Mickey Evans

Mickey Wright Evans, age 74 of Calcut Road, passed away at his home on Monday, March 6, 2023.

Born on October 15, 1948 in Baxley, Georgia to the late Clinton Evans and Virginia Lord Evans, Mr. Mickey Evans was an analyst of Bellsouth and retired after 27 years. He was also a veteran of the United States Army. In his spare time Mr. Mickey Evans enjoyed woodworking.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Tillman Evans, siblings, JB Evans, Larry Evans, Malcolm Evans, Terry Evans, Judy Folk, and Jan Hallman and nieces and nephews.

Mr. Mickey Evans is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jerry Evans.

In accordance with his wishes Mr. Mickey Evans will be cremated and no formal service will be held.

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson St. in Hartwell.
