Mrs. Michele Annette (Yeagley) Boykin, age 66, of Hartwell, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 28, 2026, in Anderson, South Carolina.
Born on July 11, 1959, in Miami, Florida, Michele was the daughter of the late Clyde Yeagley and Jesse Vaughn Wallace. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose love for her family was evident in everything she did.
Michele was a business owner who worked hard throughout her life and took pride in all she accomplished. She was a woman of quiet strength, kindness, and deep love. She found great joy in life's simple blessings-especially spending time with her family, tending to her garden, and being around horses, which brought her much happiness. Above all, her granddaughter held a very special place in her heart.
Michele was a member of Abundant Life Church and carried her faith with grace and strength throughout her life.
In addition to her parents, Michele was preceded in death by her sister, Diane Gemma; and brothers, Thomas Smith and Ronnie Yeagley.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory of her loving husband, Ronnie Boykin of Hartwell; daughter, Vaughn Ball (Tae Smith) of Hartwell; Granddaughter Hannah Ball. Siblings, Connie Clark and Clyde Yeagley; along with many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss her.
Michele will be remembered for her gentle spirit, caring heart, and the love she freely gave to those around her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
A celebration of Michele's Life will be held on Friday, July 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. The family will receive friends, briefly following the service. A time of fellowship will be held following the service at 81 Flat Rock Road Hartwell, GA, 30643.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to The Shriners Children's Hospital, or St. Judes Children's Hospital in Michele's memory.
Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors and Crematory of 333 E. Johnson Street Hartwell, GA 30643.
