Marlene Lavon Bell, age 75, of Hartwell, Georgia, formerly of Augusta, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Hartwell Health and Rehab.

Born in Belmont County, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late John Eickleberry and Anna Lee Wheeler.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bell was preceded in death by her siblings: Helen Barcroft, Louise Hennen, Carl Eickleberry, Bob Eickleberry, and Don Eickleberry.

Mrs. Bell is survived by her daughter, Theresa Rickerson, and her son, Brian Bell; Brianna Bell(Boo), her beloved granddaughter and Hasun Easley, her treasured great-grandchild, along with her other dear grandchildren, Macey Gault, Hunter Gault, Trey Martin, Daelynn Dempsey, Elizabeth Herrin, and Cheyenne Herrin. She was lovingly known as "Granny."

In addition to her family, she leaves behind someone very special to her, Desirae Dempsey (Lucy), as well as her sister-in-law, Sis Baker (Luther).
