Mrs. Margie Lee Andrews, age 81, of Hartwell, GA, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 11, 2026.

Born on August 26, 1944, in Royston, GA, she was the daughter of the late Roy Andrews and Lila Senkbeil Andrews. Margie was of the Baptist faith and became a member of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church early in life.

Margie was a devoted homemaker whose greatest joy came from caring for those she loved. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and baking, but above all, she treasured her role as a loving wife, mother, and Nana. Her family was the center of her world, and she will be remembered for the warmth, kindness, and love she shared so freely with those around her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Annette Porter and Jonette Doker.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Angela Standridge (Tron); her son, Chad Temple; her Godson, Matthew Holmes; her grandchildren, Holly Smith (Chris) and Zachary Marcengill (Mikayla); and her two beloved great-grandchildren, Lauren and Emma Smith.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors with Rev. Tommy Cleveland officiating.
