Marcia Barton

Marcia Barton, age 71, of Hartwell passed away on December 13, 2023 at St. Mary's Hospital  in Lavonia.

She was born in Miami Florida to the late Clifford and Bessie "Dot" Little Barton. She was employed in earlier years as a Rural route postal carrier for the United States Postal Service and also enjoyed being a server at Red Lobster restaurant.

She is preceded in death by her parents. Left to cherish her memory is her dear friend, Autumn Dobbs.

The body is at the funeral home where a  gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, Dec. 22, 2023 from 3-4 p.m.

Private burial service will be held at Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery in Hartwell.
