Lloyd Lee Dishman

Mr. Lloyd Lee Dishman, age 62, of Elberton, GA. passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Dishman was born on March 9, 1959 in Middleton Ohio to his birth mom, the late Alma Dishman Burton who became his sister when he was adopted by his late grandparents; Lee and Lena Dishman.

He was a member of Doves Creek Baptist Church. Lloyd was kind, loving, and enjoyed helping anyone. He enjoyed woodworking and crossword puzzles.

He is survived by his sister and caregiver of the home; Margy Thomason, sisters; Lawanda Roach of Hartwell, GA., Sheila Tracy of OH., Mamie Sweariagn of OH., Kathy Hatten of OH., Mary(Terry) Sorrell of OH., and Betty Gross of KY., brothers; Leroy(Dawn) Dishman of OH., Ricky Hancock of KY., Joe(Sue) Dishman of KY., Harold(Linda) Dishman of OH., Sterling Dishman of OH., and Wally Dishman of OH., nieces and nephews; Royce Branscum, Randy Branscum, Lavada Thomason and MaKayla Branscum. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister Alma, brothers; Hubert Burroughs, Bob Dishman, Eugene Dishman, Roy Dishman, and Carl Dishman.

The body is at the funeral home and a private graveside service will be held. He will be laid to rest at the family cemetery.
