Linda Carnes

Mrs. Linda Catherine Campbell Morris Carnes, age 78 of Royston Highway in Hartwell, wife of Travis Carnes, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 12, 2022, at Northridge Health and Rehab in Commerce.

She was born on June 24, 1943, to the late Edwin Campbell and Cecil Harper Campbell in Royston, GA.

Mrs. Carnes enjoyed yard selling and crocheting. She was a homemaker and member of Crossroads Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, children; Jeff (Stacey) Morris, Denise (Bruce) Jones, Angie (Steve) Whitfield, Paula (Ken) Vanhollenbeck, grandchildren; Jamie (Allison) Dove, Cody (Tabitha) Johnson, Trae (Claudia) Dove, Miranda (Dalton) Shepherd, Cati (Stephen) Bowen, Jenna Morris, Cheyanne Morris, great-grandchildren; Lincoln Shepherd, Grayson Bowen, Elaina Bowen, Augusta Johnson, Ellie Johnson, Teagan Dove, Willow Dove, Mason Dove, Tucker Dove, Gracie Durden. She is preceded in death by her parents, first husband; Reuben Morris, sister; Mary Helen Dunnell, grandchild; Crystal Johnson.

Memorial Services for Mrs. Linda Carnes will be held on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at two o'clock in the Chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors with Rev. Tommy Cleveland and Rev. Sean Payne officiating. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service.
