Mr. Leonard Raymond Simpson, age 63 of Lavonia, Ga., passed away peacefully on Monday, April 8, 2024 at Piedmont Athens Regional.
Born on September 15, 1960 in Cheboygan, MI, He was a truck driver, owner/operator and he loved fishing, boating, riding motorcycles and spending time with family and friends.
Left to cherish his memories are; his mother, Bonnie Jewel Simpson, wife, Norma Gibbs Simpson, daughter, Teresa Harder. Two grandchildren also survive, Zac Harder and Andrea Krummel along with great-grandchildren, Lawton, Saylor, and Warren and his fur baby, Misty.
To honor his request, Leonard will be cremated. The family will host a memorial at a later time.
Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors/Lake Hartwell Cremation Center, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
