Lelia Duda

Mrs. Lelia Amelia Crews Duda, age 83, of Hartwell, Georgia, passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023 at Hartwell Health and Rehab.

She was born in LaGrange, GA. on January 1, 1940, to the late Barney Lee Crews and Avis Walker Crews.

Mrs. Duda loved going to auctions and flea markets and also had a love for animals. She was of the Methodist Faith and was a bookkeeper before retiring.

She is survived by sisters, Joyce Brown (Wallace), Orion Johnson, and Sara Crews; her brothers, Jerry Crews (Chita), and Donald Crews (Susan). She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert Duda; her sister, Lavonne Kidd, and her brother, James Crews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at the chapel located at 500 S. Columbia Drive, Decatur, GA. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to WellRoot (formerly the United Methodist Children's Home) at 1967 Lakeside Parkway, Suite 400, Tucker, GA. 30084.

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors 333 E Johnson Street in Hartwell.
