Ms. Kayonna Shantall Oglesby A.K.A. Ms. Fluff age 41, of Hartwell, GA entered into eternal rest during the early morning hours of Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at her home. 

Born on May 25, 1985 in Royston Georgia, Kayonna was the beloved daughter of Gloria Dean Rayton Oglesby and the late Leon Brown. She attended Greater Mt. Moriah Methodist Church in Christ and was a woman whose greatest joy in life was her family. Kayonna loved cooking, writing poetry, and above all, spending time and caring for her children. Her love, kindness, and creative spirit will be remembered by all who loved and knew her.

In addition to her father, Leon Brown, Kayonna was preceded in death by; Joseph Martin and Sam Brown; her grandparents: Luther Fred Rayton, Roger and Mae Brown, Arnold and Ashlee McIntosh, and Lucille Brown; her aunts: Cheryl Bates and Cooky McIntosh.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories to her mother Gloria Dean Rayton Oglesby of Hartwell GA, her children Rentasia Johnson, De Andre Young, Matthieu Oglesby and JoNasia Oglesby of Hartwell GA; her siblings Fred Oglesby of Royston GA, Kendrea Thomas, Jolisa Montgomery, Destiny Brown, Tylesha Clark and TyAsia Clark of Hartwell GA, along with many more loving relatives, extended family members and friends who will forever treasure her memories. 

A funeral service for Ms. Oglesby will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. She will be laid to rest at Memorial Garden of Prayer immediately following the service.

The family will greet friends on Wednesday 12- 1 just prior to the funeral service.

The family will be at the home, 356 Reynolds Street in Hartwell.
