Mrs. Joyce Heard Smith, age 86 of Hartwell, Ga., passed away peacefully on August 7, 2026 at Brown Health and Rehab. Born April 9, 1940 in Royston, GA she was the daughter of the late Jim Heard and Lena (Huff) Heard.
