Mr. Carroll was born on November 12, 1955 in Williston, FL. He was a retired fisherman.
He is survived by his wife; Marie Stephens Carroll, children; Shawn, Katelyn and Joshua Carroll, sisters; Barbara and Nadine. He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers; Walter and David.
Cremation has been chosen and no services will be held.
