Ms. Joan Carter Watson, age 58 of Old Highway 29 Road, Canon, Ga., passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, December 2, 2021.
She was born on April 29, 1963 in Royston, GA. to the late Ernest Carter and Mrs. Jonell Vickery Carter.
Ms. Watson enjoyed the lake, beach and animals. She was of the Baptist Faith.
She is survived by her children; Jessica Britton (Shad), Kayla Brown, grandchildren; Maddison Todd, Ryley McFry, Alex Brown, Mckinze Philpot and Tristan Brown, siblings; Susan Dale, Tony Carter, Barbara Fowler, and Larry Segars.
Visitation for Ms. Joan Watson will be held on Sunday, December 5, 2021 from 1-3 pm at Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. Cremation will follow.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
