Jannet Skinner

Ms. Jannet K. Skinner, age 76 of High Road, Carnesville, Ga., passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at home with her family by her side.

She was born on August 27, 1945 in Spencer, WV. to the late Carl J. Starcher and Goldie Romine Starcher. She was of the Baptist faith, enjoyed sewing, cooking and celebrating the holidays. She was retired from Publix.

Ms. Skinner is survived by her children; Angela Wilson (Donny), Sherry Skinner, Christina Burns, Michael Clayton, Julie Brown, sister; Madelyn Duncan, ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by; her parents, brothers; Jack Starcher, Jim Starcher, and sister; Cheryl Pumphrey.

A celebration of life will be held by the family at the home, 237 High Rd. Carnesville, GA 30521 at two o'clock in the afternoon on October 16, 2021.
