James Stowers

Mr. James Allen Stowers, age 69 of Hartwell, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Gainesville.

Born on May 24, 1953 in Hartwell, Georgia to the late Lenolous Stowers and Ruth Starks. Mr. James Stowers was a farm laborer and attended Trinity CME church in Toccoa, Georgia. He enjoyed watching TV, eating, and drinking coffee.

Mr. James Allen Stowers is preceded in death by his wife, Inell Jones, parents, son, Broderick Stowers, brother, Calvin E. Stowers, and an aunt, Gwendolyn Waller.

He is survived by daughter, Cierra McCord, 4 grandchildren, niece, Tina Baker, aunt, Dorothy Rickett, cousins; Charles Rickett, Twanna Starks, and Bernard Starks.

Mr. James Allen Stowers's wishes were to be cremated and no formal service will be held.

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
