Born in Hartwell, Georgia, James Robert Clark was the beloved son of the late Dora Ellen Clark and Marcus Robert Clark. He was a man whose life was defined by hard work, dedication, and an unwavering love for his family.

James was a devoted husband to his wife, Mary Alice Clark, and a loving, hardworking father to his children, Janet Annette Crunkleton, Mark Randall Clark, and Scott Russell Clark. His family was the heart of everything he did and the driving force behind his tireless dedication. From the early morning hours until the sun went down, James worked faithfully to provide for those he loved. He took great pride in caring for his home and family, always putting their needs before his own. His greatest wish was to ensure that his children and grandchildren would always be loved, supported, and provided for, even after he was gone.

He was a proud and cherished grandfather to Michael McCurley, Allison Jordan, Damian Clark, Alexis Ouzts, Dylan Clark, Bryson Clark, and Emma Clark, as well as a loving great-grandfather. His legacy of love, strength, and devotion will continue to live on through each of them and the generations to come.

James was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Mary Cheshire, Dorothy Clark, Helen Clark, and John Walker Clark.

Beyond his dedication to his family, James will be fondly remembered for his love of working on cars, his playful sense of humor, and the joy he found in life's simple pleasures. Whether he was working on something around the house, sharing a laugh with those closest to him, or enjoying a glass of his favorite sweet tea, James had a way of making ordinary moments into cherished memories.

He will be remembered for his unwavering love, his strong work ethic, and the countless sacrifices he made for those he held dear. His hardworking hands, generous heart, and steadfast devotion to his family leave behind a legacy that words alone cannot fully express.

Though he is no longer with us, the love he gave, the lessons he taught, and the memories he created will remain forever in the hearts of his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A lifetime of hard work, a heart full of love, and a legacy that will live on forever.
