Mrs. Jacqueline Smith Swaim, age 79 of Chateau Estates, Lavonia, Ga. passed peacefully on Monday, Nov. 25, 2019 at home surrounded by her family.
She was born on August 19, 1940 in Atlanta, Ga., to the late Jack Smith and Ethel Smith. She was a retired X-Ray Technician with Dr. Waller Edwards and the late Dr. Bill Collins at the Orthopedic Specialist in Atlanta, Ga., and of the Methodist Faith.
She is survived by; husband of 60 years, Ken Swaim of the home, son, Mike (Judy) Swaim of Lavonia, Ga., grandsons, Dillon Swaim of Lilburn, Ga., Ben Swaim of Monroe, Ga., and Jake Swaim of Lilburn, Ga.
Celebration of life services will be held in the near future.
Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street, Hartwell will be serving the family.
