Hazel Louise Phillips, age 84 of Canon, Ga., passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2025 peacefully at her home in Canon, Ga.
She was born in Cabentry, R.I., on April 27, 1941.
Left to cherish her memories are; her children, Carl Lemery and Kim Scott and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford Phillips and Lena Masher Phillips, and son, Marcel Lemery, Jr.
The family has chosen cremation and no services will be held at this time.
The family request in leu of flowers, donations to be made to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors to help with final expenses.
Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors and Crematory located at 333 E. Johnson st. Hartwell, Georgia.
