George Walter Boles

Mr. George Walter Boles, age 86 of Hartwell, Ga., husband of Rachel Tallent Boles, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 5, 2018.

He was born November, 21, 1932 in Elberton, Ga. to the late Walter and Mamie Lettie Brown Boles.He was an Army Veteran, retired from Tenneco Automotive after 32 years of service and of the Church of God Faith.

Mr. Boles is survived by; his wife, daughter; Donna Clark of Hartwell, GA.; grandchildren; John (Brittany) Clark of Hartwell, GA., Stacy Clark of Hartwell, GA. and great-grandchildren; Austin and Gage Clark of Hartwell, GA., siblings; Tony Boles, Donald Boles and Ray Boles of Hartwell, GA. He was proceeded in death by a son; Johnny Boles, son-in-law; Johnny Clark, siblings; Hugh Boles, Corine Christian, Frances Teal, Winifred Roach, Dale Boles, Mack Boles, JoAnn Ivester, W.O. Boles and Gene Boles.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at two o'clock pm in the chapel Coile and Hall Funeral Directors in Hartwell with Rev. Johnny Stowe and Bro. Fred Greenway officiating. Burial will be at the Nancy Hart Memorial Gardens with military honors provided by the U.S. Army Honor Guard.. Family will receive friends from 1-2 just prior to the service. The family will be at the home.

Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell will be serving the Boles family.
