Francis P. (Cookie) Woodward, 95, formerly of Dublin, NH, passed away peacefully at his home in Hartwell, GA on Thursday, July 23, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.
Frank proudly served his country in the United States Navy and carried that spirit of dedication and service throughout his life. He was with Markem Corporation in Keene, NH for over 20 years. He and Betsy built ABLT, a successful small business in Georgia, from the ground up through hard work, determination, and perseverance. He took great pride in finding a solution to every problem.
Above all else, Frank treasured his family and friends. He was happiest when surrounded by those he loved, creating memories that will be cherished for generations. An avid sailor, he found peace and joy on the water, and some of his happiest years were spent at his beloved lake house and traveling to see friends and family throughout the world.
Frank was preceded in death by his forever love and wife, Alice (Betsy; née Marshall) Woodward; his father, Frank Woodward; his mother, Angelina (née Rocca) Woodward; and his two brothers.
He is survived by his loving children: Ann Towery, Frank W. Woodward, Elizabeth Davey, Amy Wellington, and Belinda Thayer. He leaves behind eleven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, extended family members, and many dear friends who will miss his wisdom, strength, and unwavering love.
Frank will be remembered for his devotion to his family, his love of sailing, his entrepreneurial spirit, witty sayings, and the kindness and generosity he shared with everyone fortunate enough to know him. His legacy lives on in the family he cherished and the lives he touched.
In accordance with Frank's wishes, he will be cremated and interred alongside his beloved wife, Betsy.

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors and Crematory of 333 E. Johnson Street Hartwell, GA 30643.
