Doris Siegrist

Ms. Doris Jean Brown Siegrist, age 93 of Grady School Road in Canon, Ga., passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at home.

She was born on August 6, 1929 in Louisville, KY to the late Charles Brown and Elizabeth Burke Brown. Doris was a Homemaker and had worked in Real Estate. She was a member of American Business Women's Association, Daughters of the American Revolution and Daughters of the Confederacy. She was also a member of the Church of Christ.

Left to cherish her memories are; her daughter, Marsha Siegrist Sloyer and son, Thomas Siegrist. Ten grandchildren and Three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Homer Harding Siegrist, son, Charles Siegrist, daughter, Susan Ellen Siegrist Weyler and grandson, Christian Michael Collin Francois.

At her request she was cremated. The family will hold a memorial in Florida in the near future.

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
