Mrs. Debbie Sue Alexander, age 55, of Hartwell, GA, passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2026. Born on December 30, 1970, in Royston, GA, she was the daughter of the late John Alexander and Fannie Elizabeth Brown Alexander.

Debbie worked as a Machine Operator in the manufacturing industry for many years. She was known for her outgoing personality and was truly the life of the party wherever she went. Debbie enjoyed softball, track, art, and most of all loved her family dearly. She will be remembered as a loving mother, sister, and friend who never met a stranger.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her brother, Tony Bates, and her infant son, Tristen Goss.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Ebony Goss; her son, Devin Dubose; her siblings, Tommy Bates, Tyrone Bates, Trovita Bates, Tyson Alexander, Dewitt Alexander, and Donna Alexander; along with many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, from 2:30 PM until 3:30 PM at Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. Funeral services will follow at 3:30 PM in the Chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors.

Following the service, Debbie will be cremated.
