David (Daniel) Black

Mr. David (Daniel) Black, age 70 of Bowersville, GA passed away on Monday, September 19, 2022, at AnMed Health Medical Center.

He was born on May 9, 1952, in Elberton, GA. to the late Jack Black and Beatrice Pless Black. He was a contractor and of the Baptist faith.

Mr. Black is survived by his wife; Olivia (Tina) Funderburk Black, children; Darlene Pulliam (David), David Black, Peggy Black Sullivan (Todd), Daniel Black, JD (Derin) Black, Danielle McLane (Austin), Jonathan (Wreni) Black, James Freeze (Candy), Tyler Freeze, siblings; Dent (Judy) Black, Robert Black, Margaret Bohannon, 17 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, siblings; Doris Black and Calvin Black, son; Jeff Wilson, and his first wife; Patricia Hodges Black.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at the home, 171 Hubbard St., Bowersville, GA. 30516, with the body present. A committal service will be held on Friday, September 23, 2022, at 3pm at Gaines Chapel Emanuel Holiness Church.
