Claudia Wilson

Mrs. Claudia Sue Long Wilson, age 71 of Independence, MO, formerly of Martin, Ga., passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2023 at Prisma Greenville Memorial Hospital.

She was born Feb. 25, 1952 in Kansas City, MO to the late Robert Jackson Long and Marian West Long. Claudia was a homemaker and of the Protestant faith. She loved pets, glasswork, gardening and spending time with family.

Left to cherish her memories are; son, Sean Wilson of Martin, Ga., brothers, Dan Long, John Long, and Tom Long, sister, Diana Hough, grandchildren, Andrew, Zack and Nolan along with her fur-babies, Lee Roy Brown, Socks and a host of cats. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Larry A. Wilson, son, Wesley Edward Wilson, twin sister, Karen Baldree and brother, Phillip Long.

The family has chosen cremation and no formal service will be held at this time.

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
