Mrs. Charlotte Doker Blackwell, age 87 of Jacksonville, Fl formerly of Hartwell, GA passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025.

A Visitation will be held at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, located at 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32225, on January 2, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A Rosary service will also take place at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home from 6:30-7:00 PM.
