Mrs. Brenda Whitt Irby, age 67 of 206 Shallow Creek Road in Hartwell, entered into rest on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Brown Convalescent Center in Royston, Ga.
Born September 22, 1950 in Halifax, VA she was the daughter of the late Algie Whitt and Evelyn Gordon Whitt. She retired from the school system and was of the Methodist faith.
She is survived by; her daughter, Vicky Irby Pedraza of Hartwell, Ga., and son, Pete Irby of Semora, NC., sisters, Joyce "Joy" Chamblen and Clara Balducci. Grandchildren, Tommy Newman and Martina Irby.. She was preceded in death by her parents, and huisband, Acie Irby.
The family of Brenda Irby will hold a memorial service at a later date.
Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell will be serving the Irby family.
